Every winter, thousands of waterfowl journey south from Siberia through Mongolia and China to South Korea. The Gokgyocheon River outside of Asan of one waterway of many that these birds winter at. Majestic Pintail ducks are one of these visiting species. They begin arriving mid-October and will stay until mid-March before heading back to Siberia.
