17th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Travel
A Quiet Street in Valletta
While walking the streets of Valletta, I found this quiet, shady street that was far removed from the congested touristy areas of the city. The limp Chinese flag, green teal window bays, and strings of lights zigzagging overhead was very photogenic and worthy of a picture.
