A Rabari Tribal

Nomads Of India. This image was clicked by me during my visit to Jawai the land of Leopards and Rocks,but it is also famous for rich cultural heritage and a vibrant colourful tribe setteled here called Rabari's.known for their colourful attire,womens are skillful in preparing mirror work dress materials. Rabari tribe is a gypsy tribe that had migrated from Iran to India a million years ago. About 2,70,000 Rabaris are settled in the deserted lands of Western India. This tribal group is known as the ‘shepherds‘ and ‘camel herders‘. This frame of mine tries to potray a normal day in the life of a Rabri.
