A rainy dance festival in Japan
Every year in Oshu, Iwate, locals aged 25 and 42 hold the "Odori no Saiten," or "Dance Festival," to dance away these years of bad luck. With the declining and aging population, it's also a way for old classmates to reunite and revitalize the area.
