A Room Full of Bones
The Capela dos Ossos (English: Chapel of Bones) in Evora, Portugal, gets its name because the interior walls were covered and decorated with human remains in the 16th century. The number of dug-up skeletons used from the surrounding Medieval cemeteries is estimated at about 5000.
