22nd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
A scenic desert view
Clouds over the Desert Saguaro cacti and mountains drape this desert scene with some heavy cloud cover. While waiting for the moon to rise, I was shooting the surrounding scenery. I live in this area and sometimes like to see the moon from here.
