A sleeping Bumblebee on Spirea.

I like shooting early morning in my garden because most insects are still sleeping. This little Bumblebee was very relaxed with one leg comfortably stretched out, dangling it amid the Spirea pistils. This is the first time I captured the corbicula, or pollen sacks, up-close. The image makes me ponder the busy day about to unfold for this sweet creature.
