A Smokey Mountain Sunrise
I took my children camping for their first time, at a small campsite off of the Appalachian Foot Trail near Hot Springs, North Carolina. As I woke up early to enjoy a cup of coffee before starting breakfast, I was struck by the untouched beauty of the sun beginning to rise behind the mountains.
