After an amazing meal, visit to a printmaking studio and desert, my wife and I traveled up to the Transfer Park and hike the Handicapped trail to get some fall photographs. We photographed the Aspens and Canyon, but wasn't until walking back that the light got to the Perkingi effect with predominately red hues. I started running to the overlook to get the last light and made this image and several others.
