A Sphinx Moth feeding.

Very Hungry: A sphinx Moth loving the nectar in an Orange Jubile ( Tecoma Sans) flower. We had an abundance of rain during monsoon season this year --more than 3 times the normal amount. For the first time in a few years, my yard was a profusion of butterflies and a few Sphinx Moths. I love them and photograph them whenever I can and when I noticed their abundance one morning, I spent a few days one week making sure to spend an hour or so shooting whatever happened to be in the yard.
