Climbing mountains in Peru

This photo shows one of the most important and dramatic moments of my life. On a daring impulse and with a broken heart I decided to treck up one of the mountains close to Ollantaytambo, the small village where I was staying. It took me almost nine hours to reach the top but it was worth it. The sensation of strength and freedom was amazing. The photo shows the view from the top of the mountain. You could almost call it nature therapy.
