A storm with golden light
The desert basked in golden sunlight. A much needed fall storm brings a chance for rain. A break in the clouds along the horizon creates this beautiful side-light and cast amazing golden light on the Goldfield mountains in central Arizona. If there's even a 20% chance of precipitation in the forecast, I pay attention to it. So that afternoon I walk outside see the storm clouds building and run through the house like a mad man and grab my camera bag and it's off to the races. And today that mad dash payed off. Boy, what a show Mother Nature put on this day.
