I was heading home from a doctor’s appointment. I was diagnosed with a serious illness. I traveled a different road home. While driving, off to my left was a gorgeous field of sunflowers. I immediately pulled into their entrance. I spent a couple of hours taking photos and walking through the pathways of my most favorite flower. It was a perfect afternoon. I am so happy I stopped to take time and smell the flowers that day.
