A little while ago my uncle gave me his old Nikon d80, at the time I didn't have much of an interest in photography, I'd take a photo here and then with my phone when I was traveling. But as time went past and the camera was still sitting there gathering dust I decided I'd have a bit of fun with it. So I hopped on my bike and cycled down to a nearby lake where I imagined I would get the perfect photo, the first time I took the photo the sky was full of clouds and I didn't quite the shot I was hoping for. But I tried again the next day and thats when I got this picture. The calm lake perfectly reflecting the clear blue sky, a cloud dotted here and there in the water, added with the fading sunset make this photo quite satisfying. Since taking that photo my interest in photography has skyrocketed, I'm out on my bike exploring almost every day, never without my camera incase I encounter a potentially good shot.
