I took this photo with my phone while visiting my brother and his friends where they work, which is at a yacht club on the Long Island Sound. This area is great for sunsets because of the water and the way the light reflects off of it. The misty weather of that evening elongated the colors and the ombre effect of the sky, creating a smooth transition from day to night.
