This Turnstone is a native bird of the British Isles with a very sweet and inquisitive nature. As I was sitting on a bench at Paignton harbour a small family of these Turnstones were happily hopping nearby as I was gazing over the quaint scene of this lovely small traditonal fishing harbour.
