Initially setup as a military dependents' village, the Rainbow Village in Taichung was later converted into a street art scenic spot that welcomes visitors. On certain occasions, visitors may be able to spot this masked cosplayer who offers beautifully-handwritten postcards, plays guitar and take guided selfies.
