A view from The Witch's Hat Tower

For 3 hours once a year the historic Witch's Hat Tower is opened to the public. This is a capture through one of the arches at the top of the tower, where a 360 degree view of Minneapolis can be seen. Built in 1913 as a working water tower for the local residents it is now a historical landmark standing on the highest natural elevation of the city.
