We were visiting my great-aunt Lou, who had been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer not long before, in March of 2015. Her neighbors have always had horses but that day, they were extra friendly and wanted to be around my sister and I. This was taken on the tail end of winter so the horses still had their winter coats and some were even pregnant, including this horse!
