Gifu, a wonderful UNESCO heritage site, worthwhile visiting in different seasons. We pick snowing season over any other seasons, so here we planned our winter trirp. The gassho style houses could be centuries old, they appear more so beautiful with thick snow layer. Sharing tiny glimpse that we enjoyed from a higher vantage point.
