A calm sea with usual winds gives an opportunity for sailors to search for the hidden treasures of the Sea of Cortez. Close to the shores of Loreto, some islands give a break to the vast open sea. This offers a home for what Jacques Yves Cousteau coined as, "the Aquarium of the World." It was peaceful to witness the slow approach of the sailing boat to the shores of the island.
