17th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
A woman, her device, and the sunrise
About a half hour before sunrise, the sky was getting brighter and I wanted to get shots of the ship on the horizon before its deck lights started going out. The woman with the tablet gave the shot an unexpected human touch which I really love.
