A beautiful museum - built on the water just north of the city on Saadiyat Island - and a favorite visit of mine. I had two of my books of UAE photography in the gift shop and would usually spend time either outside on the plaza or inside looking at exhibits. The signature roof is a gigantic and extremely heavy circular porous weave of metal allowing sunlight to filter through.
