Acorn Woodpecker with Head Sideways
In the Sacramento Mountains of New Mexico, near Angus, NM, I was walking along the Rio Bonito this Acorn Woodpecker seemed as curious about me as I was of it. He got into many funny positions on the tree but this was my favorite.
