This is a play on how sugar is killing us and how in western countries such a luxury is abused. Basically it's a shot in a series and the narrate was girl comes in after a heavy night out partying, lost in life but living in the now. fighting her own demons, enjoying quick fixes (fast foods), and the whole mock drug scene being a parallel to how destructive sugars and fast food are, yet how silly the ideas it as not a taboo yet arguably a bigger killer, certainly a worthless luxury in terms of empty calories.
