After the Storm

After the storm, in a puddle-a tragedy-a shipwrecked boat, faces fraught with terror and fear, bones, foaming froth, detritus/debris and some American alphabet letters, as well as the Nabla symbol (an inverted delta), and the Roman numeral “V” appeared. Did they mean anything or were they just a random bunch of images/letters/.symbols that were formed in a puddle after a storm?
