I was walking the fields in our neighborhood after a thunderstorm, and this Dragonfly seemingly was preying on some insects. For some strange reason, he/she was very still and just sat on a scrub branch, as if taking in the light from the sun after the storm, munching on some insect. As to why it also has its mouth open, and looking closely, one can still see a leg of some sort.
