On a Lindblad cruise to Antarctica aboard the National Geographic ship Endurance, our first morning out on zodiacs on the ocean surrounding one of the sub-Antarctic islands we had hundreds of birds including Albatrosses. They almost appear to walk on water as they take off and land.
