Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta

I captured this early morning shot of a shape balloon of a nameless child in a wheelchair - reaching for the stars. To add emphasis, a hot air balloon is strategically right above the star. It reminds me of all the good work my writer friend @Candy Harrington does on accessible travel. She fills a void. I also feel sustainable travel is about recognizing and accommodating the special needs of slow-walkers and wheel-chair bound travelers. I'm so happy that the Albuquerque's hot air balloon fiesta paid tribute by the inclusion of a wheelchair shaped balloon.
