Ali & Nino statue; Love can break the borders

Ali and Nino is the name of a metal statue in the city of Batumi created by Tamara Kvesitadze in 2010. The story goes back to a love story between an Azerbaijani Muslim boy named Ali and a Georgian Christian girl named Nino. At that time, due to war and religious differences, it was not possible for the two to get married. But they chose each other in this difficult path and lost their lives on this way. This is a moving metal statue, two statues sink into each other and after a while, they move away, which shows the ups and downs of love. It shows that love can break the borders of differences. All need love instead of war to live in a peaceful world.
