Alligator and his reflection - soaking up the sun on a small raised area in the middle of a swamp. This cypress tree swamp is a natural Great Egret rookery in the spring. Although not the best of friends, egrets often nest near gators, as they scare off potential nest predators. This one appears to be on watch duty.
