The horse knows how to be a horse if we will leave him alone, but rider or owner don't know sometimes that how to ride or treat. Sometimes I don't like the situation of horses in this way specially when they trapped in a cart for their regular duties. This horse can't even move properly and it's difficult to move because of that heavy cart & I didn't see the owner as well but I feel very bad and sad for that horse.
