After several days of waiting, the official news of Biden's win brings people hope and joy after 4 years under someone who they deemed harmful and unfit to lead this country. Crowds flocked to Times Square to express their happiness and relief, holding up signs, honking horns, and waving flags. Cars drove slowly through the crowd, joining in on the celebration, with passengers leaning out of windows and through sunroofs- this family being one in the mix.
