This is the grave of decorated WWII veteran Audie Murphy. I had visited the cemetery earlier this day but at the behest of someone I respect highly, I went back to find this man's final resting place. The entire cemetery has an incredibly somber and humbling feeling and one cannot but be in reverence. But I felt honored to learn about and create an image of this man's gravestone. His list of medals is both lengthy and deserves emense respect.
