American Pikas At Rest
On a crisp August morning in the alpine, two American pikas rest atop the comfiest rocks in their talus field home. American pika are so incredibly busy during the summer months that finding time to fully rest is uncommon- especially with other pikas nearby, as these creatures are more or less solitary beings.
