An alert osprey in Annapolis, Maryland
Each summer ospreys return to Annapolis, MD, to meet up with their mates and breed in the Chesapeake Bay area. This photo was taken while the osprey was protecting the babies in the nest, which was not far from the tree where this photo was taken.
