I attended a birthday party for my friend’s daughter at Black Hill Regional Park the day before this photo was taken, and was enchanted driving into the park taking in the sights of the trees and leaves changing colors, and so wishing I could stop and photograph all of them. I was already running behind, so I did not have time to stop and capture the shots I wanted. I woke up early the next day and took a drive back to the park and snapped to my heart’s content.
