As we were driving to observatory hill in Amboseli National Park we were greeted by this 70 year old tusker. Its hard to conceive the wisdom he has garnered through multiple droughts and other experiences throughout the unforgiving nature of the African Savannah. The photo intends to convey a battle of struggle and resolve, as the condensed, dark elephants contrasts the expansive, light background.
