An Indigenous Peoples Sama Bangingi tribe Cemetery

This ancestral cemetery is a proof that the indigenous peoples of Sama Bangingi tribe in Samariki Island, Zamboanga City are living in the island since on or before the Spanish regime. The ancestors helped build the city's famous Fort Pilar in 1600's by diving for corals that were ised as the fort's foundation.
