During the 2021 Pandemic the salmon were slow to arrive at Brooks Falls, Alaska. Bears competed bravely to fetch a coveted salmon filled with deep-red roe. This elegant bear climbed upon the rock, made itself comfortable and then graciously raised its leg to scratch.
