An orb weaver spider found in a field of goldenrod

I was doing plant biodiversity survey in a Goldenrod field when my coworker stumbled upon a massive spider on one of the goldenrod stems. I immediately rushed over to take a picture. This spider had just eaten and was digesting it's food in the sun, so our presence was of no concern.
