While visiting Fort Desoto Park in Pinellas County, FL, we often see ospreys atop poles or trees. This one was unusual as it was closer than usual and provided a beautiful photo with lots of details as the sun was out our back. Oh yes, and the bird was definitely trying to communicate with someone.
