Ancient Khoy settlement

Khoy is an ancient settlement in Chechnya. It is located in the Vedeno region south of the high mountain Kazenoy-Am lake near the border with Dagestan. The word "Ho" can be roughly translated as "guard", "patrol", "people on guard duty." Currently, old houses in the Khoi aul in Chechnya are largely destroyed and abandoned.
