Each year, members of the Spruance Division of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps - based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - put on their dress white uniforms and stand at attention in the hot sun for their annual inspection. The inspection is done by high ranking members of the local Coast Guard command. It's serious business for the cadets, who have never failed an inspection.
