Itʹs the feeling of déjà vu. We wake up, lazily shower, and often donʹt. Without an appetite, we eat. We close our eyes, and suddenly we are in a café greeting friends, smoking cigarettes, sipping coffee, having incomplete conversations, foolish smiles, and loud laughter, where we hide our stress. That is our way of surviving another ordinary day in Safi. We are a nation that can predict what will happen tomorrow because we are only one day old, a day that repeats itself every day.
