Another Sighting Of Male Northern Flicker

I am hoping this impressive migratory wild bird will decide to stay awhile such as a Northern Flicker did last winter. He might be the same bird that hung around here before, who also had a black mustache stripe at the base of the beak. Another variety has a red stripe. The females lack this stripe. When he stops at the feeder to eat, he only comes briefly and I have been lucky to shoot a few pictures of him before he flies away. I shot this through the window 11/10/2023 early afternoon where he was just getting ready to fly from the stand over to the feeder to eat a bite of suet in our backyard on an overcast day.
