Good afternoon. This picture was taken last night, 8/05/18 on a ghost tour of colonial Williamsburg Va. Yesterday was our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and we thought a ghost tour would be perfect for us to celebrate. We were on Duke of Gloucester st and the tour guide was telling the story of Lucy Ludwell as we were in front of the Ludwell house and one of the other tourists had an emf meter and it was going crazy. She didn’t realize it was pulsing very quickly so my wife pointed that out and I snapped a pic with our phone. As soon as I looked at the pic I took, what appears on the left side of the photograph jumped right out at me. If you zoom in you should see it in great detail. We showed the man in the pic and he was instantly scared and kept asking what is that what is that. Then everyone in the group came over and all of them agreed it was defiantly paranormal.
