Archetypal American West: Monument Valley Moonrise
Perhaps the most representative view of the American West are the two Mittens Buttes and Merrick Butte found in Monument Valley. Twice a year the shadow of West Mittens aligns on East Mittens. A rising full moon exalted the American mythology.
