November 1 of 2020, I go to Light festival and where we are arrange for night plan and I see that view and take a photo. There are many bowls to offer in the lake. Before Light festival time I take that photo to see how to arrange for it. Flags are colour fully and it is beautiful points. We offer this bowls and praying to get peaceful life and it is one of traditional culture.
