16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
From Kitchen to Space
I decided to get creative and make my own landscape in my kitchen. Light and color are important to me so I was hoping to get more blue/green with contrasting lighter shell “shimmers.”. I knew right away these space gems were special when space nebulae were in my kitchen. Who knew you could travel the world with a little oil and H2O?!
